Over the past 2 decades within various multinational organizations as well as different levels of business engagement in manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service providers sectors, Ahmed is our “Operation, HC and Supply Chain Services” Director serving small and medium to large business scales. He has worked extensively across entrepreneurial and developed environments driving the implementation of several strategic agendas. He used to support our client driving the implementation of strategic agendas, identifying opportunities for sustainability and profitability mixed with practical knowledge of human capital management, quality assurance, projects and administration management.
Ahmed has operated and managed different expansion projects for: setting up new production facilities; led design and implementation of supply chain management of different business industries like chemical, textile manufacturing, FMCG, as well as designing and implementing new regional quality assurance programs for 6 sigma and lean manufacturing. In addition, he has used to supervise project teams that ensure business plan forecasts are effectively implemented in view of business performance parameters and outputs.
