In his current role, Mohamed leads strategic business development, strengthened client relationships, change and program management, and guides the success of high-performing teams. Mohamed has a diverse background that is unique in the field. For more than 15 years, he has led several finance functions in Egypt and the MENA region for multinational companies with emphasis in ERP System Implementation, Budgeting and Planning, Decision Support, Financial Reporting, Treasury and Cash Management, and Taxation.
Mohamed is supporting “the Advisor” clients in major ERP System Implementation, Structuring Costing Models, creating finance SOPs, Pricing and Profitability Analysis, set-up Operational Business Review and Planning Pack, building up LT Strategic Business Plan and translating it into Operational Departmental Budgets.
